Display Resolution Please note that the native resolution of the K3 is 1920 x 1080P, and some 4K video formats may not be decodable. About Wi-Fi Connection 1) Ensure the projector is within 10 meters of the router and not separated by thick walls, as these weaken the wireless signal. 2) Ensure your Wi-Fi router uses WPA or WPA2 encryption; refer to your router’s manual for setup or contact Yaber Support for assistance. 3) Consider updating the projector and Google TV systems or resetting to factory settings. 4) Try using a mobile hotspot: open a hotspot on your phone and attempt to connect again. Why GTV Prompts No Signal 1) Please remove the TV dongle from the bottom of the projector and reinstall it. (For removal and installation steps, please refer to page 8 of the QSG.) 2) If the issue persists, try connecting the TV adapter to the HDMI port on the back of the projector to determine whether the problem lies with the port or the dongle and then let us know. Fail to pair remote with GTV 1）Remove and reinstall the remote control batteries. 2）Press and hold the “Back” and “Home” buttons for 5 seconds, then press any key to re-pair. Image ghosting on the GTV ？ Go to Settings >> Projection >> turn off auto keystone and select keystone reset. Exiting Google TV to homepage Please press the video source button”→” in the top right corner of the remote to exit GTV. Why is the picture blurry? 1) Select “Restore Factory” in settings; 2) Check if projection distance is within 1.49-13.07 feet; 3) Ensure projector is placed close to the edge of table to avoid tabletop reflections; 4) Ensure there’s no obstructions in front of the projector; 5) Check if projector directly face the screen. Any angle of offset will cause blurriness on one side; 6) If the position is correct, disable the auto-keystone and focus options in settings, use the remote control’s F+ and F- keys to adjust focus. About Auto Focus & Keystone 1) Auto-focus and auto-keystone work best when the projector is within 15° of the wall. Greater angles may affect performance. 2) Use electric focus and 4P keystone correction for large deviations. Attention：Ensure the focus receiver at the front is not obstructed to avoid focus failure. Intelligent screen technology When useing Intelligent Screen Alignment and Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance: 1) 1. Make sure the auto focus function is turned on. 2) The edge of the screen is clearly visible and the projected screen is larger than the screen size. Adjust Image During Playback Please play any video as a reference page,then press the ‘Menu’ button on the remote to access the picture settings. Notice: Adjustments made in the projector’s system operation interface or homepage will not affect the image. About Quiet Mode The quiet mode will provide a quieter environment by reducing the projector’s brightness and fan speed.In a dark environment, you can use Quiet Mode to save energy and reduce fan noise.
